BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Adrian Guerra is an associate in the Firm's litigation department. Mr. Guerra's practice includes municipal law, public agency litigation, real estate litigation, eminent domain, civil litigation, land use, planning and zoning, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. He has acted as Deputy City Attorney for the cities of Monterey Park, Cerritos, La Canada Flintridge and San Dimas. Mr. Guerra has also acted as Special Counsel for the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles.

Mr. Guerra was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2001. Mr. Guerra is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Mexican American Bar Association and the City Attorneys Association of Los Angeles
EDUCATION
Mr. Guerra graduated from Boston College Law School in 2000. While at Boston College, he was President of the Latino Law Students Association. Mr. Guerra interned in the district office for Congressman Xavier Becerra (California's 30th District) in the Spring of 1997 prior to entering law school. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in 1996 with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Business Administration, specializing in the Entrepreneur Program.
