BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Geoffrey Mitchell has more than twenty years of experience in multi-family housing
financing and transactional work, including numerous projects involving funding
from tax-exempt bonds, tax credits, redevelopment agencies, HUD, Fannie Mae,
FHA, FHLMC, conventional, conduit and other financing sources.
SEMINARS AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Mitchell was a lecturer on the Legal Environment of Business and Principles
of Real Estate for the East Carolina University from 1980 to 1981. He is a member
of The North Carolina State Bar, the State Bar of California (Real Property Law
and Business Law Sections) and Los Angeles County Bar Association (Real Property
and Business and Corporations Law Sections).
EDUCATION
Mr. Mitchell received his J.D. and A.B. with honors from the University of North
Carolina in 1979 and 1975, respectively.
