BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Bill Pham has been involved in all aspects of real estate transactions, including negotiation and documentation of acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing of real property for a wide variety of private and public clients. He focuses his practice on documentation of governing documents, CC&Rs, acquisition and development of high-rise condominiums and other common interest developments and development for master planned communities. Some of the projects for which he has provided legal services are:
- The Village at the Park, master-planned development, City of Camarillo
- Sterling Hills, golf community, City of Camarillo
- Regatta Seaside Condominiums, Marina Del Rey
- Remington Plaza, The Grand, Club View, The Californian, and The Carlyle -- all luxury hi-rise condominiums on the Wilshire Corridor
- The Eastern Columbia Historic Building, Downtown Los Angeles
- The Beverly Connection condominiums, Los Angeles
- Sunset Millennium condominiums, Hollywood
Mr. Pham has expertise in drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, broker agreements and commercial loan documents, corporate formation documents and other general matters. He also has experience in the acquisition, development and financing of commercial and industrial projects, including the "River" entertainment retail center in the City of Rancho Mirage, and the West Hollywood Gateway mixed-use development in West Hollywood.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS AND AWARDS
Mr. Pham is a member of the State Bar of California (Real Property Section) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Pham was recognized as "2005 Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year" by the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Real Property Section. He is also an active member of the Building Industry Association of Southern California and has been a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.

EDUCATION
Mr. Pham received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 1996, where he was a participant in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and Vice-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. He also attended the Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1987, participating in the Venture in Business Management program. Mr. Pham received his B.S. with distinction in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois, where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi All-University Honor Society.
