Pham Speaks at the 2007 National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys
October 27, 2007- Bill Pham, a BWC Shareholder whose practice involves all
aspects of real estate transactions, was a panelist on the topic of "Balancing
Work/Life: How to Thrive, Not Just Survive, in the Legal Profession" at the
2007 National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys. The all day conference
was held at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, CA. For more information,

Kristine Truong Joins BWC
July 2007- BWC welcomes associate Kristine Truong to its Business Department.
Ms. Truong began her career in 2002 with the firm of Holbert & Ryan,
LLP in Woodland Hills, California. In 2004, she served as a Judicial Interim
Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Barry Russell of the United States
Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. Ms. Truong received her
J.D. in 2002 from Southwestern University School of Law and her B.S. from
the University of California, Riverside.
Terry Hughes joins BWC from Indymac Bancorp, Inc.
May 2007- BWC welcomes Terry Hughes, Senior Counsel, to the Firm. Mr. Hughes
leaves Indymac Bancorp, Inc. where he served as Executive Vice President
and General Counsel. He began his career in the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster
where he practiced law for six years in the firm's business department and
then spent the next 17 years as in-house counsel. Mr. Hughes received his
J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.S., summa cum laude, from
the University of Southern California.

Abram, BWC's Managing Officer, announced the elevation of Bill
Pham, Wayne
Grajewski and Wendy
Glenn to Equity Shareholders, effective immediately. Mr. Pham and Ms. Glenn
are members of BWC's real estate transactional practice and Mr. Grajewski is
in the litigation practice group. Bill Pham has been with BWC since 1997. Mr.
Grajewski joined BWC from Arter & Hadden in 2003 and Ms. Glenn, who joined
BWC in 2005 as a non-equity Shareholder, had been a Shareholder at Steefel,
Levitt & Weiss, and Of Counsel at Irell & Manella.

Litigation Attorney Arnold Barba
June 2006 - Brown, Winfield & Canzoneri, Inc. welcomes Arnold
Barba to its litigation department. Mr. Barba received his J.D. from
UCLA, 1998, and began his career at Morrison & Foerster, where he practiced
until joining BWC in June, 2006. He was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable
Harry Pregerson, U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1997. Mr. Barba served
in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from 1989-1995 as a Sergeant and
was meritoriously promoted to the rank of Corporal and decorated with the Navy
Achievement Medal.

Grajewski have been named Southern California Super Lawyers 2006. The selection
process began in the Summer of 2005 with 48,000 attorneys voting for attorneys
who they had personally observed practice. Each lawyer was given a score based
on the number of votes they received, with votes outside the lawyer's firm
weighted greater. Following an attorney-led research and review, and a blue
ribbon panel's further review, the final list of Super Lawyers -- representing
the top 5% of Los Angeles and Orange County lawyers -- was derived. Read
