BWC Welcomes Sylvia Lautsch From Sheppard Mullin's Real
Estate Practice
October 2005 - BWC welcomes Sylvia Lautsch, Senior Counsel, to its
real estate practice this month. Ms. Lautsch leaves Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton,
where she was Special Counsel since 2000 in several of the firm's real estate-related

Vicki Land Named Chair of the LACBA Condemnation and Land Valuation
Committee
Shareholder Vicki Land has
been named the new Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Condemnation
and Land Valuation Committee. Ms. Land was previously co-chair of the committee.
She is BWC's Environmental and Hazardous Waste Practice Group Leader, and represents
clients in matters involving all aspects of environmental and condemnation/eminent
domain issues. The Condemnation and Land Valuation Committee studies the constitutional
and statutory provisions as well as local court rules dealing with substantive
law and procedures in condemnation and land valuation proceedings, including
the market forces that affect value. The committee suggests changes to substantive
law and produces CLE programs.
Gordon K. Eng Moves Entire Practice To Brown, Winfield & Canzoneri
July 11, 2005, Los Angeles - Brown, Winfield & Canzoneri, Incorporated's
("BWC") real estate department's growth spurt continues as they add Gordon
K. Eng, who brings his entire practice and roster of clients with him.
Eng spent his first 15 years of practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom,
Sidley & Austin, and as general counsel at a private investment management
company with over $2 Billion in assets under management, and then established
the Law Office of Gordon K. Eng in 1997. "I was introduced to BWC by a
business associate I had been working with at the Department of Real Estate.

Bill Pham honored as "Outstanding Young Lawyer" by LACBA
Real Property Section
Bill Pham, will be
honored with the prestigious Outstanding Young Lawyer Award by the Los Angeles
County Bar Association, Real Property Section. He is amongst the first group
of young lawyers ever to receive this award, which will take place at the Annual
Installation and Awards Dinner, Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at the Riviera Country
Club.
Wendy Glenn Joins BWC's Thriving Real Estate Transactional Practice
April 12, 2005, Los Angeles - BWC announced today that Wendy Glenn will join
the Firm's thriving real estate transactional group as a Shareholder, effective
April 18, 2005. Ms. Glenn joins BWC with over 25 years of experience, most
recently as a shareholder of Steefel, Levitt & Weiss, following serving

BWC Elects New Board: Steven Abram Takes Helm as Managing Officer
March 1, 2005, Los Angeles - Brown, Winfield & Canzoneri, Incorporated
("BWC") announced today it has unanimously elected shareholder Steven
Abram to be Managing Officer. Tony
Canzoneri, the existing Chairman, and Thomas
Winfield were elected as Co-Chairmen, Dennis
Roy as Transactional Department Chair; Thomas Winfield will also serve
a dual role as Litigation Department Chair. The new Board assumes its roles
effective immediately.
Tony Canzoneri Voted "Super Lawyer" 2005
Tony Canzoneri,
the firm's Chairman, has been named Southern California "Super Lawyer" 2005.
The Super Lawyers list is developed via a general survey of Southern California
lawyers who nominate the best attorneys they have seen in action. Nominated
lawyers are screened to ensure there are no "back-scratching" nominations,
then a committee consisting of top vote-getters and law firm managing partners
give a point score to each nominee. Points are tallied and nominees are selected
from three firm sizes (small, medium, large).

February 2004 - BWC partners Steven
Abram and James Camp were
among the attorneys recognized in the 2004 edition of Southern California
Super Lawyers. A special insert of the listing appeared in the February
2004 issue of Los Angeles Magazine.
San Dimas Wins Appellate Rulings on Foothill Zoning Laws
November 12, 2003 - Vicki
Land, Mark Steres and Michael
Wallenstein represented the City of San Dimas in a case brought by developer
NJD, Ltd., alleging that the City prevented NJD from developing its 200-acre
foothill property. The Court of Appeal, Second District, affirmed in full the
Superior Court decisions in the City's favor both on the CEQA petition for
writ of mandate and on the regulatory inverse condemnation/federal civil rights
damage claim. The California Supreme Court denied review.
James Camp receives Annual Donor Recognition Award from the Housing
Authority of the County of Los Angeles and the Community Development Foundation
("CDF")
May 8, 2003 - For his instrumental work in developing the CDF's non-profit
structure, James Camp,
BWC Shareholder, received a Donor Recognition Award from the Housing Authority
of the County of Los Angeles and the Community Development Foundation at their
7th Annual Donor Recognition Breakfast, held at the Carmelitos Housing Development
Community Center in Long Beach. In addition, Mr. Camp was also awarded a commendation
from the County Board of Supervisors. The Keynote Speaker was Councilman Rob
Webb of the City of Long Beach.
BWC Attorney on Weekly "Secession 101" TV Program
Secession 101 was a television program that brought together a wide variety of
experts to discuss the ramifications of secession on the people and neighborhoods
of Los Angeles. Mark Steres took part in
the program "Secession in the Courtroom," examining the many legal
concerns associated with the secession issue. The program aired on Channel 36
(L.A.'s educational cable television station) throughout November 2002. Read
