April 12, 2005, Los Angeles- Brown,
Winfield & Canzoneri, Incorporated ("BWC") announced today that Wendy
Glenn will join the firm's thriving real estate transactional group as a
Shareholder, effective April 18, 2005. Ms. Glenn joins BWC with over 25 years
of experience, most recently as a shareholder of Steefel, Levitt & Weiss,
following serving as of counsel to Irell & Manella in their Real Estate
and Finance group.

Ms. Glenn

joint ventures, financing and leases. She will also continue representing commercial
and residential properties.
Ms. Glenn
graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School in 1979 where she received
the American Jurisprudence Award for top honors in corporations; she received
her B.A. from Pitzer College, 1975.
